The right person sees it first.

A new duty does not go to everyone at once. It widens step by step, starting with the people you already know.

How emergency cover works
  1. Invited

    A 30-minute window

Invite people you have worked with. They get 30 minutes to accept.

  2. Available

    A 10-minute head start

Staff who have marked themselves available see it 10 minutes early.

  3. Nearby

    Everyone verified within reach

Then it opens to verified staff within 30 km, widening 5 km every hour up to 75 km.

  4. Emergency

    Straight to the whole city

An emergency request goes city-wide at once.

Verified once. Trusted on every duty.

Before a doctor or nurse sees a single duty, HospiLink checks who they are and what they are qualified to do.

Questions, answered.

Who checks the doctors and nurses?

HospiLink does, before a profile can see a single duty: Aadhaar through IDfy, the professional licence, MCIM / NCIM registration and the degree.

What happens if no one accepts a duty?

Unfilled duties can be re-posted automatically, and the offer keeps reaching further, up to 75 km from your hospital.

How do I know the person actually arrived?

A duty starts only with the start code from your duty desk, and only within 100 m of the hospital. It closes when your desk enters the end code.

Are payments handled in the app?

Not yet. Every duty shows its total up front, but payment is not processed inside HospiLink today.

Who is behind HospiLink?

Hospilink Private Limited, based in Pune and led by Dr. Sumit Thombre and Dr. Vishvas Koul. Call +91 95290 11896 or write to info@hospilink.in.

For hospitals

Fill short-notice duties and permanent vacancies with verified staff. Post a duty, follow every arrival, and close each duty with a code. When it can't wait, send it city-wide.
